The Challenge
Bannerflow's well-established software and experienced sales team had achieved success in the Nordic market, earning growing international recognition. With a proven sales strategy and model in their home market, the team understood the necessary adaptations for systematic growth in a new geographical market. This included addressing the associated costs and risks of expansion, from setting up a new operation to finding and hiring the best people and providing training.
The Solution

This setup allows Bannerflow to take full ownership going forward, avoiding any arduous and costly migrations of systems or processes.
