There’s usually a high level of activity but ScaleupXQ understands that we are unique and work in different ways. The fact that you have the freedom to shape your day as you want creates a really good and healthy working environment. We also run “blitz sessions” together, which makes prospecting social.

We often hang out on Thursdays and Fridays. My colleagues have become good friends, and I think that’s something that really sets us apart from other companies – that we have such a big focus on culture and a unique blend of work, fun, and socializing.

I came in as an intern via my university in 2019. ScaleupXQ did a really good job at giving me proper training and responsibility from the get-go. As a fly on the wall in the sales process, I gained deep insight into what it takes to succeed in sales. It didn’t take long before I moved into an SDR role and now I am a sales manager.

The culture in ScaleupXQ can be described as driven, warm, and energetic. Everyone’s eager to solve real problems and is accessible, knowledgeable, playful, and social.
